Project Style with natural wood paneling

Concept for private villa in the United Arab Emirates

‍Installation Location: Dubai
Status: Under design
Product: Project Style

For a prestigious private villa in the United Arab Emirates, a project is being studied to create a panoramic elevator shaft with continuous glass walls and exterior wood cladding, designed to blend harmoniously with the residence’s elegant architecture and classically inspired interiors.
The solution is designed to offer high aesthetic value, combining transparency, visual lightness and natural materials, with a significant reduction in the perception of metal components. The elevator is conceived as an architectural element in its own right, capable of enhancing the double-height spaces of the villa without compromising its stylistic balance.
The concept proposes a refined and scenic solution, capable of dialoguing with staircases, furniture and architectural decorations, ensuring comfort, functionality and an image consistent with the standards of luxury living in the UAE.

In response to the design requirements, a proposal based on the continuous glass structure PROJECT STYLE was developed, designed to fit harmoniously into high-value architectural contexts.
The elevator shaft takes on a central architectural role, enhancing the space through the transparency of the glass surfaces and the formal cleanliness of the structure. Finishes in warm, natural tones dialogue with classic elements of the environment, creating a balance between contemporary language and traditional architecture.
Visual continuity and brightness help to enhance the perception of spaces on multiple levels, while the essential design allows for discreet but strongly distinctive integration. Project Style thus meets the needs of a project in which aesthetics, functionality and construction quality coexist in a coherent way.

The initial phase of the project involved careful design and coordination work, with the integration of the 3D models within the villa’s architectural plans, in order to ensure maximum coherence between the elevator shaft and the existing context.
Particular attention was paid to the coordination of materials and formal languages, with the aim of inserting a contemporary continuous glass structure into an environment characterized by classical architectural elements. The choice of finishes, proportions and details was designed to achieve a balanced dialogue between transparencies, surfaces and volumes.
The transparency of the PROJECT STYLE structure makes a major contribution to the perception of space, promoting the passage of natural light and ensuring visual continuity between levels, without altering the architectural identity of the villa.

The structure will be built with continuous glass walls, adopting the Project Style system, an expression of an original and customized design. Dedicated construction, assembly systems and accessories are an integral part of the structure and are the result of specific design.
Fabrication is carried out through highly industrialized processes, supported by dedicated equipment developed in-house, ensuring high quality standards, executive precision and uniformity of the final result. This approach makes it possible to minimize the presence of visible metal elements, while maintaining a clean and essential image.
The visual continuity of the glazed wall is ensured by an interposition sealing made by means of an extruded profile made of semi-transparent technical material, designed to integrate with the system and enhance the overall effect of lightness and transparency.

The result is an elegant, unobtrusive and minimal structure that is perfectly integrated with the architecture of the villa. The elevator shaft, characterized by continuous glass walls, enhances the spaces through transparency and visual continuity, while maintaining a light and balanced formal impact.
The use of natural cladding materials, such as wood, introduces a material component capable of lending prestige, warmth and perceptual depth to the structure. The dialogue between glass and wood reinforces the architectural character of the intervention, creating a balance between technology and material.
The solution adopted confirms how Project Style allows the elevator shaft to be transformed into an integrated architectural element, capable of expressing construction quality, design consistency and aesthetic value.

The project represents a synthesis of advanced design, attention to detail and construction quality, in which innovation is understood as the ability to develop functional solutions perfectly integrated into the architecture.
The originality of the system, combined with the exclusivity of the construction solutions and dedicated accessories, expresses the value of a production entirely designed and manufactured in Italy, according to the principles of Made in Italy: technical expertise, care for materials and industrial precision.
The elevator shaft thus exceeds the role of a simple functional element, becoming an integral part of the architectural project and a reference for high-profile interventions in which design, integration and exclusivity represent distinctive elements.
