For all component machining, we mainly use numerically controlled machines that operate on the 3D traces directly extracted from the design components developed on the modeler, ensuring accuracy and high quality. We can use special materials and finishes for the construction, lining and finishing of elevator shafts, ensuring the highest quality and uniquely designed products. Materials used include stainless steel, corten steel, fine woods and HPL laminates, all selected for their strength and aesthetic value. Each material is processed with precision, respecting its natural characteristics, to ensure a flawless end result.
We also offer special paint finishes, including color variations and other customized techniques, which allow for unique effects perfectly tailored to our customers’ needs and tastes. We offer extra-clear, smoked, Stopsol glass or glass finished with special coloring techniques such as back-glazing or the interposition of opaque or semitransparent colored PVBs. In addition, custom screen printing is available, with which distinctive design motifs can be achieved. These finishes not only enhance the aesthetic appearance of elevator shafts, but also increase their functionality.
