In the province of Verona, in an iconic building designed by a renowned architectural firm and characterized by rounded forms and very high arched perimeter glazing, we built a cylindrical structure with an integrated helical staircase. The 5-column cylindrical structure houses an elevator system with a rectangular cabin and supports the helical staircase wrapped around it. The construction was carried out in blocks inserted by crane into the locations prepared for installation. The construction site is currently under execution.

From the beginning, cooperation with the construction company and the architect was intense and meticulous. Every detail of the cylindrical structure and helical staircase was designed with precision, using advanced software to create 3D models and simulations. The result had to be a structure that was not only aesthetically pleasing but also sturdy and safe.

The fabrication of the structure took place in the workshop, where the cylindrical blocks were carefully pre-welded. This stage was crucial to ensure the quality and accuracy of the final assembly. Each block was inspected and tested to make sure it met the high standards required by the project.

Once the pre-welding stage was completed, the cylindrical blocks were transported to the construction site. This operation required detailed logistical planning, considering the size and weight of the blocks. The use of specialized cranes was essential to lift and place the blocks in the prepared locations within the building.

The installation of the cylindrical structure and helical staircase was a fascinating and complex process. Technicians worked with pinpoint precision to ensure that each element was aligned and secured properly. The helical staircase, wrapped around the cylindrical structure, was to give the impression of floating while maintaining absolute stability.

In parallel, the elevator system with rectangular cabin was integrated within the cylindrical structure. This elevator was to provide efficient and comfortable transportation between the different floors of the business center. The cabin, designed with high-quality materials, offered a sleek and modern user experience.

As the construction site progressed toward the final stage of execution, the overall impression was already extraordinary. The cylindrical structure with the helical staircase provides a focal point within the building, combining aesthetics and functionality harmoniously. Visitors to the business center will be greeted by a state-of-the-art architectural solution that exemplifies the best in contemporary design and environmental sustainability.
